2024 quick update

2024 fixtures now released and updateed.

Korpen team now up and running.

Memberships to be paid by 31st March.

To all present and past players, sponsors and supporters.

2021 was yet another challenging year in terms of COVID and the frustrations of coping with the restrictions and planning that comes with it. For the second year in a row, we had just half a season. Let’s hope we return to some semblance of normality this year and start the season in April for all teams.

Unfortunately, our first ever venture into Division 5 was short lived and we were relegated after a hard-fought half season However, we will be back and our preparations have started already on the 2022 season.

Our three teams had 45 playing members last season and we hope to build on that this year.

Thank You to the management:

Alan Lomas and John Baxter, First Team Management

James Lancaster, Reserve Team Manager

David Perkins, Veterans Manager and social media

James Richards (Kiwi), Club Secretary & treasurer

Our Sponsors are critical in ensuring financial stability for the club and we had fantastic support from the following sponsors:

Tudor Arms Pub

Theodoras Pub

KLAB

SWAGG Print

Hedge Medicare

All have contributed to ensure we have financial stability going forward.

We have invested money in purchasing new kit for all teams this season and an extra thanks to SWAGG Print for all the kit printing so we can proudly display our sponsors on the new kits.

Hopefully together we can move forward with shared success on and off the field.

Our ambition every season is to attract new players and, in particular, new players arriving in Stockholm. We offer them the support whilst establishing themselves in their new lives in Stockholm as we have done for hundreds of Tudor Arms FC players over the last 51 years.

The social aspect is as much a part of the fabric of the club as is playing the game.

Best regards

Davy (Chairman)

The COVID pandemic has taught us not to take anything for granted in terms of sponsorship. The financial impact it has had on our sponsors hs been enormous and it is at times like these that we see who our friends really are.

We have, over the past couple of weeks, been in contact with our sponsors and I am pleased to announce that we have secured deals to take us into the new season and beyond!

K LAB, Theodoras, Swagg and the Tudor Arms have all stepped up and, along with Dr Keith and our wonderful group of Associate Members, all three Tudor teams will be sporting brand new kits next season - resplendent with the sponsors' names and logos.

I extend a massive thanks to all of our sponsors on behalf of the Football Club and hope that, together, we can move forward with shared success on and off the field!

message from the chairman

To all present and past players, sponsors and supporters.

It has been a very challenging year for everyone (including those running a football club!). However, thanks to the committee, coaches, players, sponsors and supporters the Tudor Arms Football Club has continued in its fight against COVID-19. It is not over yet but round 1 goes to the Tudor!

A fantastic conclusion to our 50th Anniversary year: promotion to Division 5 - in with the big boys and the first time the club has made it out of division 6. A great achievement and well deserved. Congratulations to Alan Lomas in his first year as First Team Manager and well supported by Henrik Arbon.

A big thank you to David Perkins and Maggi for their good work with both the veterans and reserve teams.

Where next?

You players decide!!!

A big thank you to the Tudor Arms Pub and Theodoras Pub for financial sponsorship - and we need this to continue! In respect to Sponsorship, we really need support to compete in Division 5. If you are in a position to financially contribute, then all donations are very welcome. We will provide bank details in a separate email or you can find the required information here.

Anyway, we conclude a horrible year on a high and look forward to a bright future.

Go on You Tudor!

Kiwi, thank you for everything!

Best regards Davy (Proud Chairman)

Tudor Arms promoted to Division 5

In season 2021, the Tudor Arms will be competing in Stockholm Division 5.

Securing promotion as runners up in Division 6 during the 2020 season, this is the first time in Division 5 in the club's 50 year history.

A huge achievement from the squad and management and we now look forward to continued success!

Many thanks also to our sponsors for the continued support!
